• Technical and usage information collected through cookies and Google Analytics.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. SUNAX Village does not intentionally store complete payment-card details.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• Process and manage bookings and payments.
• Communicate with guests before, during and after their stay.
• Complete guest registration and meet legal or administrative obligations.
• Provide customer service and maintain property security.
• Prevent fraud and resolve payment disputes.
• Analyse and improve the website and guest experience.

Sharing Information

Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary with:

• Stripe and related payment providers.
• Website hosting, email and technical service providers.
• Google Analytics.
• SUNAX Village management and authorised staff.
• Government or legal authorities when required by law.

We do not sell guests’ personal information.

Security and Retention

Guest and passport information is protected using encryption and restricted access. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

Information is retained only for as long as necessary to manage the booking, meet accounting or legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect legitimate business interests. It is then deleted or anonymised when reasonably possible.

International Processing

Some service providers may process information outside Thailand. When this occurs, reasonable safeguards will be used as required by applicable law.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, object to certain processing or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Adults Only

SUNAX Village accepts guests aged 18 and above and does not knowingly collect booking information from minors.

Third-Party Privacy Information

Payment information is also subject to the Stripe Privacy Policy. Google services are subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
